Position Summary
The Marketing & Development Specialist plays a key role in advancing the mission of St. Anthony of Padua by leading the execution of marketing, communications, development, and engagement initiatives. Working closely with the Director of Operations, this role helps turn strategic goals into actionable plans that strengthen visibility, deepen constituent relationships, support enrollment growth, and foster a culture of stewardship.
This is a hands-on position designed for a high-capacity emerging leader who desires to grow in strategic responsibility and long-term organizational impact.

Qualifications

Supportive of and aligned with the Catholic mission and values of St. Anthony of Padua Parish and Schools

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred

1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or development (nonprofit or educational setting a plus)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $48,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, with the opportunity for growth as responsibilities expand.
